2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
A. NG was the first organization I joined, where I gained extensive experience and always focused on its development. I started at the gates and worked my way up to becoming HOD of HR. I also served in the MP (Military Police) and HR departments, which were my main focus areas. Through these roles, I gained both practical and theoretical knowledge about the discipline NG must follow. I hired and trained hundreds of new soldiers, helping them grow not just as recruits, but by enhancing their overall knowledge and understanding of NG standards.
B. I have been playing on the server for many months now. I have been part of various state and crime organizations, including FIB, (18)SAHP, (27)NG, LSPD, GOV, EMS, LI, and Ballas, I have been HOD of HR for 2 terms rank BG(27) of NG
C. My main focus as the leader of NG will be to build respectful relationships between NG and all other organizations, ensuring there is no discrimination internally or externally. I will maintain zero favoritism. During my time in HR, every person I hired was given ranks fairly, which proves I do not practice favoritism. I also want lower-ranking members to have an amazing term, as they are the ones who work the most on the ground. Host tons of internal event so NG members wont get bored.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. City Rules : we will make sure new members are properly trained in the rules of role-play since this is essential for developing future Of Soldiers. our HRT division needs to be top-notch at training and ensuring new members follow the rules.
