Today i wnet to fz raid and i got one 10-15 when i tried to put him in car a guy done a mercy killing at time stamp 16:03 and that guy who done try to mercy kill that 10-15 he was taking roof at fz raid its time stamp 16.03 completely forbiden and its comes under ER 1.14 and this rule break were done by Marabunda Granade. Rest in POV.
