The Event Idea (Detailed):
The Los Santos Police Department is hosting a unique community interaction event designed to test the citizens' knowledge of the city and their driving skills. Instead of the usual patrols, the Chief of Police and two of his Deputies will be "stranded" at secret locations within the city. This is a friendly "Hide and Seek" challenge where citizens are invited to locate the High Command members using visual clues and act as their personal chauffeurs to return them safely to headquarters. It is an opportunity to interact with LSPD command in a fun, non-criminal environment.

Finding & Transporting the Chief: $200,000
Finding & Transporting a Deputy: $100,000 each.

How the Event Works:
- Start Time: The event begins promptly at 23:50.
- Hiding: The Chief and two Deputies will hide in separate locations within the city limits (excluding the Ghetto and Highways).
- Clues: Once in position, each officer will post a photo of their location (or view) on Ingrand.
- The Search: Citizens must check Ingrand to identify the locations.
- Pickup: The first citizen to find an officer must pick them up in their vehicle.
- Transport: The driver must transport the officer safely back to LSPD Mission Row HQ.
- City Limits Only: All officers will be hidden within the city. Do not search in the Ghetto/Red Zones or on major Highways.
- First Come, First Served: The first vehicle to pull up and unlock their doors for the officer gets the passenger. No fighting over the spot.
- Safe Driving: You must transport the officer safely. Reckless driving that results in the officer getting injured or the car exploding may disqualify you from the reward.
- No Crime: Kidnapping or harming the officers during this event is strictly prohibited and will result in punishment.
- Ingrand is Key: You must follow the clues posted on Ingrand to participate.
