Reviewed Warn for GR 6.4 I Rich Rogger

I received a warning for GR 6.4 for not taking a suspect to lawyer room when he requested it, however you cannot see it in body cam but my colleague had already made the department call while I was driving and there was no response from DOJ sow e continued with the processing. There was no corruption here, all that happened was the call to the lawyer was not seen in POV

From my bodycam it can be seen that im making a department call for DOJ at 07:04, however, when we arrived at DOC and went to reception clock hits 07:07.
You can also hear me informing the suspect regarding the department call.
Civil Code 2.9 Procedure for Requesting a State Lawyer requires us to make a department for DOJ and wait 3 minutes for a response, it does not say suspect must be taken to a specific room or location other than what was stated in Civil Code 4.4.5.

Civil Code 4.4.5 If necessary, place the suspectin handcuffs/ ties in an official vehicle and transport them to a safe location or their HQ for further investigation. Note: State Law Enforcement may use whichever location (DOC/FIB/LSPD/SAHP/BCSO) is the closest to hold the detainee within their jurisdiction.​

I recorded thread owner's bodycam in case he deletes it.
I would like to point out once again that the person did not get that usual death screen when i killed him while he was trying to get out of cuffs.​
