2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I | I want to be Vagos leader Because i have got plently Plans To hold the activity that it had last term and make sure to make it way more active and Heading to Every Events that are there take control of the Beach Ghetto along with the main Ghetto and Making sure that Graffiti war is one of the most important thing in a gang which i dont see in other leaders term when ever i join a gang the gang leader immediatly gives me a chance to be deputy or Underdeputy and this proves that im trusted and people have faith in me to lead their events and the gang it self.
II | I remember when i first joined a gang i was always heading to events and every activities that was happening i gained loads of Experiences now i think its time for me to go for leader once again after my ballas term im taught about event timings and strategies as of the early beginning of my life i have been involved with gangs and criminality never had feelings for leos even tho i have tried them all and i have been through all the spots on the server most Highest ones are these ( Server Administrator ,Ballas Leader , 16 Terms Deputy ) which all proves my abilities to lead a gang now for my self and along with the help of my Deputies .
III | If i get the chance to become leader once again i would like to change many things for example Increasing Interecations between Gangs And Leos which more likely improves the Roleplay on the server And take it to another serious level + I would like to focus more on the Roleplay section rather than the Occ Events and Sitiuations which most of the leader is going through i would like to focus on Hostage Situation , Store Robberies , Going For Ammo Runs , Graffiti Wars , Cland , FZ Raids . many more based on the situations
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
It totaly makes me ill when i see a gang that only goes for Turf and nothing else which kills and reduces Roleplay in The crime side i hate to see gang members staying at hq without any activities The gang leader must always have and hold the gang active and do activties even in times where there are no active events you can do store robberies , hostage situation , Going for Highway robs , Raiding Ammo Runs , Making rp situations with Leos and much more lastly i like to see Strong Gang alliance which feels very nice and feels like you always have someone to back you up and Raiding FZ With your ally Makes the rp Way Better thats all i want to see in the future imo <3
