2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. Leadership Means More Than Just Knowing History I want to lead the Ballas because I am more passionate concerning the culture, history, and identity of the Ballas. I understand the Ballas culture regarding loyalty, discipline, and the power of presence. I want to ensure the Ballas identity and culture lives on while I take the Ballas to greater heights through the use of advanced tier organizational RP.
2. Creating a United and Active Team As a leader I want to create a crew that is loyal, disciplined and active to Ballas as a whole. It is a goal of mine to create a respectfull environment for all members as well as encourage members to take on a more active role in the organization beyond simply putting on purple. The main goal of mine is to create a more active and communicative unit as a whole.
3. Engaging and Interactive RP Gang Roleplay is one of the most, if not the most, creative and limitless roleplay games you can think of, because of that I want to be the one to enhance the Ballas. I hope with my leadership to create high caliber roleplay and planned activities as well as well out street conflicts and conflicts with other gangs that will draw the attention of the city to the Ballas. I want respect for the Ballas and for us to be a force to be reckoned with.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. Guided Improvement and Structural Training With the goal of enhancing RP standards, I would implement new training sessions for each upcoming RP event. These training sessions would center around Verbal and non-verbal (formation) communication, discipline, and proper gang etiquette. Each new recruit would receive 1 on 1 training from a senior member and the goal is that each and every member understands the necessity of remaining in-character, RP quality, and overall, what is expected from them at the event.
2. Realistic and Unique Scenarios Roleplay/professionalism is key and the goal of these to be successful, is to encourage members to create and prepare for organized events with realistic/professional gang RP. Each of these events should provide participants with a unique and immersive experience. For example, street negotiations, protection of territory and many more.
3. Discipline, Respect, Internal Structure, and Rules With an organized internal structure, and the more hierarchy, and order there is, the higher the quality of RP there will be. Players will understand their designated roles and with discipline and respect for the hierarchy, order will be restored, chaos will be no more, and with this, the quality and quantity of RP standards will be respected and organized with The Ballas Gang.
My main goals :
My goals as a leader are to create an organization that is loyal, disciplined, and fair. Each member should earn their position, not because of favoritism. I want to build a strong internal framework with respect, dedication, and consistency. Ballas under my leadership will prioritize teamwork, loyalty, and role play to become the best and most dominant in the city I want to ensure that every member has the opportunity to grow, help, and represent the organization with honor. While remaining fair, and maintaining high standards of role playing, and unity, we want to be the most respected and most feared gang in the city.
