2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)


2.1 i am 36 years old in the City right now and from the start of my carrier in the Billy Boxer Term as a Junior since then i loved the legal organization but always been around SAHP i loved there the team and the place it was like catch for me. I joined SAHP in Willows term since then i been around 9 Terms in SAHP in that time i earned allot of knowledge as a High Command and aswell allot of experience i gained throw differend department Like HRT,SWAT,TE,IA. after some time i was aswell Deputy of LSPD and General of NG with successful.

2.2 One of the biggest issues i have been facing was favoritism including as well in SAHP Favoritism is no respect for the lower ranked officers what i will change as a leader and High Command abusing. sometimes get promoted based on personal/ friends connections or fake proofs while we had allot of hard working officers then the ones that din't deserved the rank. Favoritism has allot of issues like Less motivated officers or full ignorance on the low ranked officers it was like there been looked down on what i want to fix as a leader so always its stays Fair so ranks going to be given to the most working officers as i did on NG never look down on ppl and hate favortism and that the low ranks and high commands always respect each other thats going to be my goal.

2.3 I’m focused on keeping SAHP organized and fair, And no favouritism is goint to happen its really important for me that NO favouritism is happing in my term as a Leader of SAHP i done it at NG and i will make it better at SAHP. When we handle stuff we will do aswell really professionally, we stay reliable for the other Organisationz, ensuring every Unit feels heard and Motivated to the work and to show the max activity, By providing strong, leadership and a fair work that everyone will get there chance to proof them self we dont look down on under rank units everyone is getting treated the same.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1 I will appoint a good internal affairs team. I believe that to run a term, a good internal affair team is needed to see that everything internally going good. Internal affairs will do daily Background checks of our employees to see that everything is functioning well. They will do trunk inspections, license checkups and logs check of every employee. I will not bare any corruption in that department, so i will handle this department very carefully in my term.

3.2 My frist moves going to be as a leader to make our communications better so we make better decision together in every Situations with other organization good communications is the key to win will help us in a fight or even a meeting i will make sure that all our department are active so we don't look down one all our department get supported when its inactive to improve it that we always stay active all of our Department Chief of Staff or Head of Department have the best knowledge about the department to make it great.

3.3 Better training to make them ready for SituationI will personly compile a highly trained human resources department team to offer the best training for all Soldiers and fully equip them for any type of situation.
