Dear Administration
i am writing to respectfully request that my account ban be lifted i would like to clarify that i never intended to violate any rules or cause any problems what happened was the result of an unintentional misunderstanding and i had absolutely no bad intentions at the time i was new to the city and was not fully aware of all the rules which contributed to the situation however this was never meant as an excuse and i sincerely apologize for my mistake i fully understand the importance of the rules and truly respect the efforts you make to manage and maintain the forum i would also like to mention that the ban has now lasted for more than two years and i hope this period will be considered sufficient for you to reconsider the decision and grant me another opportunity i would also like to clarify that i have personally contacted the forum owner who filed the complaint against me we discussed the matter and the situation was clarified between us he expressed his understanding and confirmed that it was not intentional and the misunderstanding has been resolved amicably between us

He did not mean it. It was a misunderstanding and nothing was done with bad intention. I did not mean to do that and I kindly request to reconsider his ban and let him off.
