1. I have been playing on this project for almost 3 years i gained alot of experience knowledge and learned alot of skills in EN and i was in crime orgs mostly there i spended time in crime orgs pretty and after coming to EN3 i gained also alot of experience knowledge knew how it works.
2. I want to be the leader of this organisation, because im a strict guy with the rules so i'll make sure that none of my gang members would break any rule so the gang doesn't break the rp of other people.
3. I would spread our gang name all over the city we will try to do the max activity as possible with proper rp with fun so everyone enjoys while doing rp
We will hire most of the experience people who knows how to do proper rp with fun with them we will teach each of our guys if they need any help
With this most of our people will know how to do proper rp with fun and also with no rule breaks. i think i have the capabilities to lead families with zero toxicity and everyone will be as a family member we will act as a family and make our bond stronger and stronger and we will rule the city
If everyone comes together no one can stop us.

3.1 I will make sure to hire people with proper formal process so our gang doesnt lack of knowledge and break any rules.
3.2 We will try to do max activity as possible with least rule breaks and with proper rp.
3.3 Rank chasers, Favoritism, Toxicity and Gang Hoppers Wont be tolerated they would be kicked from the Org and i will make sure to check Logs for that
3.4 Bonuses will be given as soon as possible so my people dont need to wait that long for bonuses.
