Kyrex Hollow was born in los Santos Vespucci Beach a place where the sun never truly hid the corruption beneath its bright surface. Growing up in this chaotic coastal district, he quickly learned that survival depended not on honesty but on strength and influence. His father, a harsh dockworker, believed discipline could fix anything, while his mother vanished from his life before he could understand why. Kyrex spent his youth navigating street fights, unstable friendships, and a community ruled by whoever had the most power that day
By sixteen he was already involved in small time crime car thefts, intimidation jobs, and errands for local smugglers But Kyrex was different from other street kids he was calculating He observed people closely learned what scared them, and discovered how to control them By adulthood he had quietly established connections with Vespuccis underground network
seeing opportunity where others saw obstacled Kyrex applied to the police academy not seeking redemption but leverage To him, the badge wasnt a symbol of justice it was a tool A shield that allowed him to operate above both criminals and lawabiding citizens.
In the end Kyrex Hollow became a shadow walking between two worlds. He was never fully a cop, nor merely a criminal With a badge on his chest, he represented order; in the darkness, he rewrote the rules himself Vespucci Beach no longer knew who truly controlled it but everyone understood one thing
Power no longer belonged to the loudest voice, but to the quietest presence
for Kyrex justice was never about right or wrong. It was about control. And control was the one thing he never let go
Outcomes:
1- Kyrexx can search Law Enforcement and suspects for their bodycams and destroy them (“/try search the bodycam” - 2x per situation - and “/do breaks the bodycam”)
2- Kyrexx can arrest someone for fake charges IF he severely dislikes them or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons and nothing too severe).
3- Kyrexx can buy, sell, loot, and use illegal firearms and items (armor, guns, drugs, and engine blockers) while on or off duty. (buying or selling in BM or exchange (off duty only)(org items isn't included)
4- Kyrexx will do anything possible to help his family and close friends. Release them if they are in cuffs, drop their charges and let them escape.
5- Kyrexx has the same ability to frighten and disrespect anyone as gang members do (Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19)
6- Kyrexx can take bribes for anything that needs to be done for example removing the stars from a wanted criminal, smuggling a prisoner from the DOC, reducing the sentence, or increasing the sentence. ( remove prisoner from doc will be done through the dark net ) ( No favors, you are corrupt, only bribes. Only charges from the Penal Code, no random reason ),
7- Kyrexx can refuse to show his ID to any civilian and any other org's Leo’s to save himself while doing corruption
8- Kyrexx can use/carry Illegal guns and items On Duty and Off Duty.
9- Kyrexx can break IC Laws and able to use his position in SAHP.
10- Kyrexx can take bribes (up to $100,000 and also ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe)
