2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)


- I would like to be leader of Emergency Medical Services as I have spent many terms in Emergency Medical Services and think that I have what it takes to run Ems smoothly. I have spent a lot of time in EMS and I have seen many people join and leave over silly reasons etc. I have also seen that there has been some high commands not meeting weekly requirements or doing simple tasks and they get no punishment I want to change this! I believe that us as high commands we should be doing more than the lower ranks and keeping on top of our duties. I also see that a lot of high commands and employees lack motivation to work in PH or SH and often complain about working there my aim is to change this by finding enough staff to cover when needed so we don't fall behind, build friendships with said employees to keep them wanting to come to work also the bonuses making sure that they are fair and that everyone is getting paid on time so no issues arise. With the med labs I have seen over many terms that stocks drop low or we run out of meds at PH this will not be a issue in my term, I have noticed over the last few terms that med labs has kind of fallen apart and even last term in Enzo's term I believe we had 1 or 2 LabTech employees at the start. this will also be something I will achieve and hopefully get people going back to med labs and get the department running properly again so we don't run out of med kits also I am confident enough to say we will not even require any assistance from any other orgs when doing Med labs or med runs. Also doing Med Runs for other orgs I aim to keep there meds above the required amount without there attendance as many times med run has gotten messy because of other orgs convoying with us ( ramming ,code A , toxicity etc) so my goal is to keep on top of this!.

- In my time in the EMS I have seen many times that people need replacements or help or anything but never seem to get the help I can recall many times where I've been accused of "Org Targeting" because me and my husband IC and OOC are the only ones that are on all day and the only HCs that replace them and help them out and many times when I've left they have also left because they have told me that if I leave then they don't want to stay because no-one replaces them or helps them etc. and then I'm told I'm org targeting because they left EMS after me. I want to change this as this isnt right and I want to make sure that people have replacements and that we as high commands are doing enough open recruitments to keep the level of employees high so we do have cover and we don't have to call every employee out to find a replacement or cover, also this has been a issue in many terms that people will complain about working in SH and bad copy when we ask them to work there and if I get term there wont be anyone bad copying because they don't want to work there then replacing PH2 2 minutes after as this isn't fair on the unit that needs replacing so I will make sure we always have enough staff/ replaces or I will do it myself as I'm not afraid to stand on lobby a few hours just because I'm chief I can still cover if needed. I also see in many terms that people are making many mistakes when it comes to hiring or signing the contract and I will make sure we have my Deputy's keeping a eye on the contracts and logs and even the rotas because in the past I've seen a lot of people misleading rotas etc I will make sure that everything is kept professional and how it should be (also publishing and filling rank logs etc )

-Last of all, I would like to become Chief as I have spent a lot of time in EMS, I first joined EMS in April or May 2025 and from there I have been a part of many terms, I have seen a lot of issues and maybe wanted to deal with them sooner but haven't been able to due to my rank or authority and I think I should be given a chance to make EMS great again, Make sure all departments are running smoothly, Make sure that the employees are happy, I would like to have a meeting with everyone I can after Promotion ceremony every week and speak of any issues they have and any ideas they have to make the org better because EMS is about working as a team and you don't need a lot of people you just need the right kind of people, I spent 3 months in EMS as Rank 24 Dean of Division while my husband and all my friends got promoted around me because " I was good at Dean of Labtech" and it took me nearly 4 months to get Head of Divisions (25) and this is the right way because I have seen a good few people join last week there fresher next week there Chief of Staff, There will be no Favouritism in my term People will earn bonuses/ranks fairly same as ranks and bonuses will be given out equally and fairly ( no special employees ). I would also like to bring back the old system where we do employee of the week etc and give a little reward every week as this shows our trainees/ staff that they're work pays off and that if they work hard enough maybe it will be them next week with employee of the week, It's good to have things like this because it helps employees have motivation and work harder knowing they could win the reward next week but maybe do in each department so a few win every week the hardest workers. over my last few terms in EMS I have seen it crumble from having employees on PH2 and PH1 in the day now they closed PH1 and struggle to find replacements for other lobby's. I want to prove that if you have enough motivation or drive then we can cover all lobby's and on calls with no issues.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

- M
y aim is to get enough employees/ high commands so that we can cover all lobbies including PH1, PH1 is often under looked people say " I don't see the point in PH1" and I think its very important that we cover PH1 because if there is no-one on PH1 then everyone has to go to PH2 which then leaves PH2 over crowded and it can get very frustrating and confusing when there is one guy on PH2 and 10 citizens. Also by covering these lobby's with employees we can focus on high commands doing there duty's for example if Miss Luca didn't have to cover PH2 for 2 hours she could have done 2 open recruitments same applies for high commands if they are on lobby they are restricted to what they can do whether it be hire someone , check logs , do med run for other orgs. So if we can get enough employees willing to work then we can cover lobby's easy. its all about leading I know when I'm online in EMS I can get every lobby covered without even putting on uniform and most times people would cover for me but this is my point EMS Is all about Friendship and teamwork if I help you then you would be very likely to help me and this is why I don't struggle to replace.

- I have noticed in my time in EMS that often when someone needs a Mental evaluation/surgery/CT scans/ X-rays High commands/ employees often walk away or ignore the people I will make sure that all HCs have access to the surgery forms/ Information so that we can improve the roleplay coming into the hospital because many of times people have been turned away from the hospital or there has been no-one to go or do it and this ruins the persons roleplay experience because they have come to a hospital and not been able to get a scan or even a evaluation.

- Also in EMS I have seen a lot of people coming into the hospital to complain about dying and no-one coming to save them. This is due to the lack of people on calls and not having people accepting calls. I would argue this because if we closed PH1 why have we got no one on calls I've heard a lot of people saying calls isn't important etc, This is not true as on calls is the most important to be honest as most people only make it to PH2 due to not being revived while making a call to EMS so they spawn at PH. If we had enough units on calls it would lower the overflow in PH and save a lot of lag and confusion as a lot more people would be patched up before making it to the hospital.

- I have seen many departments falling apart and the departments in EMS are the most important of all. Like I said above LabTech department , surgery department and even MD, AS and HRT. we have high commands doing the training which HRT should be doing also with surgery we have had no-one in surgery department for the last few terms I have been in, also in promotion ceremony AS has had like 1 to 2 people getting promotions ( meeting requirements) this is not good and we should have at least 6-10 people in each department and I will personally try my best to sort this and make sure the departments are working as they should and doing there duty's as they should be. As I also said above it is very important that high commands are not covering lobby's or doing training so they can do there own requirements/duty's and this hasn't been the case for many terms where me as COS has had to cover SH for 8 hours or PH for 6 hours through the night and I cant hire anyone because I'm on the lobby. This is why I will fix all the departments so everyone can do there job and not everyone else's.

- In EMS I have seen a lot of people stuck on lobby for hours asking for a replacement while being ignored by everyone including High commands. This really isn't fair because we want EMS to be fun and we want people to enjoy working for EMS and not just be forced to stay on a lobby a extra 2 hours because they cant find a replacement because then its turning into a real job and if no-one replaces next time they are not going to cover lobby again because they will think they will be stuck on the lobby for hours and no-one will replace them... I will fix this by making sure everyone is replacing when they can and also if someone does have to stay longer than they should have they should receive a little extra bonus for helping out. This encourages them to come back again and do another shift and I do believe even just giving the extra bit of bonus they will be happy. but this shouldn't be the case and if I do get term. this will be my biggest task because I want everyone to be happy and it to be very fair.

- In past terms I have witnessed some people being singled out or made fun of for either they're race, sexuality, disability and this isn't right at all. As I said above in EMS we should be working as a team not singling people out. I feel like this also has a impact on the org as myself in EMS Female IC (Male OOC) and people call me "Gay" "Tranny" etc and these people are supposed to be working with you on your side and this is the way they treat you and many times myself I have had this happen and gone to speak to Chief about it and nothings been done about it and I don't agree with this, In my term anyone that Judges or causes any issues internally will be fired and blacklisted, Many terms I have seen ruined by toxic people and they could have been removed sooner but never were. this will not be tolerated in my term as I want a good term with a good team of employees and High commands.

- Many times in EMS people have issues that they bring forward that never get dealt with as I said above I would like to change this by having a meeting with every employee that can make it or even have a channel in the EMS discord where people can make suggestions on what issues they see what we can do to fix them etc. This way we can learn from all ranks what issues they see in the org and look at seeing what we can do to fix these issues, also I would like to do this as I know how it feels to not be listened to and I want everyone in EMS to know that they are listened to and that they're opinion is validated. This also helps build that trust with employees that they can trust you and tell you if they see any issues within the org. Like I said many of times EMS is about team work and people need to feel valued and appreciated, listened to , trusted, like they matter. And this is why I want a chance at leading EMS because I want to do it the right way by listening to the org and making decisions together as medical students to HCs. It is vital that we get opinions off medical students because these are the people who are new to the org and can see the problems and give unbiased opinions and I think this would work really well

Summary
I would like to be leader of EMS because I have very good intentions for EMS and with a chance I could make EMS great and after nearly a year in EMS I feel like I have seen many issues within the org and believe that with a little bit of work that we can fix these issues and make EMS good again like it used to be when we had over 300 employees in the org and when people wanted to work, I also applied a few months ago and was told I need to get some more experience but I do believe I have seen enough in my time in EMS to know what to focus on fixing to make it great again. I will keep on-top of Medkits and inactive org members I will also be monitoring the warehouse as many terms people take without logging and I will be giving fair punishments to anyone at fault. overall I would love to have this opportunity to at least try and make EMS great again. I am in city for over 12 hours a day so I will be very active as chief and making sure everyone is doing there duty's as they should be also for the org it will be good if I do get Chief I will be available IC most days for most of the day if anything is needed from other orgs or anyone in EMS I will be there to help.
