2) Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization
2.1) I have a lot of experience in gangs. I have gained a lot of experience, For almost 3 years and I have led events myself and I learned a lot of Rp experience. I am dedicated to ensuring that the membership remains strong and successful and Active term. I learned a lot during my time as Underdeputy and Deputy. I am sure that I will be a Leader who doesnt receive warnings. I can achieve great things with my gang members.
2.2) I believe I have great leadership skills. I have observed everything, what is wrong, what is incorrect. I have enough information based on my experience, and I will keep Marabunta at the top, Marabunta will always be active and the best .
2.3) I think Marabunta was one of the best gangs. but this days i see it weak and not active. I saw inactivity and powerlessness in the ghetto. That's why I want to be the Marabunta leader because I am confident I can change this and make it stronger. Also i am confident in myself, My goal is to complete the term without making mistakes, be Active, and complete 100% Turfs
3.) Your advice for improving roleplay in the organization
3.1) In My Opinion To Improve The RP We will always be active in different activities like (store robbery, gun store, hostage situation, FZ raid, highway robbery)etc.. ,I will do HC Meeting Every Week to make sure that every Hc is doing their job in Professional way, Also To Complete The Crime Chart. I Will Teach The Members Who don't Know the Rules.
3.2) I Will interact More With LEOS by Doing FZ and Highway Robbery. I Will Keep My Members In Ghetto to dominate it. I Will Try And Get The Maximum Members In every event in my term, And be Active in Ghetto, And I Will Not Allow Toxicity in The Gang and any Rule Breaks from my gang members will result in Blacklist or kick.
3) My Goals for Marabunta
1. Complete the term without any warnings
2. Above $10,000 graffiti profit every hour.
3. 100% Turf.
4. Most active gang in city
5. Be a terrorist org
