Hi sir, My account in EN3 was banned due to gr 1.1 and gr 1.2. I don't know why it is I am inactive for a year and now what i see my account is banned.

What I think why account is banned due change of mother board and wi-fi, that changes were made in my pc but I play with single social club account, I can't afford new one.
