First of all, hello. I would like to congratulate Grand RP on its new year and extend my sincere thanks to all administrators who have contributed their effort and time.
On 01.12.2025, I received a ban from the Helping Chaeter . After that, the appeals I submitted were rejected for various reasons. In my last appeal submitted to you, my forum account was banned for one month due to the reason of spam. Later, I opened an appeal to Mr. Lebron via Discord and informed him that I would explain the incident to you one last time in detail. As a result, my forum account was unbanned. After that, I opened another appeal by tagging the Project Curator. Unfortunately, that appeal also did not reach you.
I fully respect all administrative decisions. However, I am opening this appeal one last time, Mr. Bobby, solely to defend myself. I sincerely hope it will be reviewed.
After I was banned, the first accusation directed at me was that I was allegedly in the same voice channel as a person who was using cheats, and that this person supposedly admitted to cheating, and that we were allegedly supporting him. I would like to emphasize clearly that the 1-minute video sent to the admin was cut and only a portion was shared. In that clip, the person only says “I am cheating, I am cheating” and tells others to report him. Despite there being no 100% certainty, the deputy at the time, Celestra, removed the person with ID 156441 from the gang and Discord.
Regarding Davis (ID 144757) , who I knew as “Masel,” a person I already had hostility with and who was previously banned from this server: once I realized who he was, I immediately informed my deputy and leader that this person was ban evading and should be removed from the gang. Because at that time, I was just an ordinary turfer. I only had a Turf Leader role on Discord, nothing more.

Mr. Floki informed me that the punishment would continue because these individuals were not reported to the admins.
To be clear: I am not a deputy or a leader in this gang. I do not have the authority to remove someone from the gang or ban them from Discord.

Based on the evidence I provided, it is clear that most if not allof the accusations made against me were false and defamatory.
The person who provided edited videos to get me banned, Ahmet Nicht (ID 48063), cooperated with Davis (ID 144757) the same person I was trying to prove was ban evading. They deliberately cut only a portion of the video and submitted it to you and to Scaroc in order to frame me.
In the edited video, it may look wrong that I am in the same voice channel as the alleged cheater yes, that can be misleading. However, if the full video is watched, it can clearly be seen that I did nothing wrong, and that I was actually arguing with Davis and trying to prove that he was ban evading. He was aware of this, because nowadays many people actively ban evade and hide it in various ways.
In short, Davis organized a conspiracy against me using edited videos because I was about to prove that he was ban evading. He could not do this alone, so he used Ahmet Nicht (ID 48063) and his friendship with Scaroc to make an admin accuse me of “assisting cheating” without a proper forum process.

In this video, my in-game friend Konte (Ahmet Nicht – ID 48063) talks about the incident involving me. When reviewed carefully, his statements clearly contain contradictions. He also admits that he submitted a 1-minute POV received from Davis to Scaroc, who was an admin at that time.

I have explained the entire incident from beginning to end. There was a clear conspiracy against me. My defense is this: I should have been more careful. I have been playing on EN1 and EN3 for a long time, worked with many media families, and contributed greatly to this server, especially in terms of PvP. I made many friends and many enemies this is normal in a game we all play because we love and enjoy it. But I have never encountered such a serious false accusation before.
I formally request that those who falsely accused me and deliberately misled the administrators be punished to the fullest extent . I am not hiding anything I am presenting my entire defense openly and transparently, in a way that everyone can access. I leave the final decision to my respected Chief MR. Bobby. If I made any mistakes or overlooked anything, I am ready to accept the consequences.
