I noticed that my accounts were blacklisted on EN2 on 03/01/2026.

I am honestly confused about the reason for this blacklist. I play actively on EN3 daily, but on EN2 I logged in only after many days and played only for one day. As far as I know, I did not break any rules on EN2.
When I opened EN2 after a long time, I saw that both accounts were blacklisted. I believe this might be a misunderstanding.
Also, I would like to inform you that I will be using this forum account for both EN2 and EN3 for any communication.
I kindly request you to please re-check my accounts and inform me of the exact reason for the blacklist. If I unknowingly made any mistake, I sincerely apologize and assure you it will not happen again.
Please give me one chance and review my case.
