i got ban for cheats and i was surprised and concerned to discover this this morning as I have not been involved in any form of cheating I have always played the game fairly and honestly I was actively playing just yesterday and had no issues whatsoever please review my account carefully Thank you for your time and consideration

I'm really frustrated right now I got an IP ban on my account by mistake and this is the second time this has happened. The ban says it's from 1st July 2025 but I was playing actively until 2nd March 2026! I always play fair and haven't done anything wrong. Could you please review this for me urgently and also fix the problem so it doesn't happen again? Thanks so much.
