2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
i. My first reason to be a leader of National Gaurd is my experience in National Guard and other state organizations.I've been worked as a Lt.General in last term and
there i was actively participating in events and did my job well.so i think i can take chance of leadership to improve my skill and as well as show my qaulity of leadership.
ii. Secondly I have good leadership qaulity as i was also deputy of SAHP and High command in other state organization where i leaded too many different event myself.When I leaded that events successfuly i showed people and also myself that i can lead people in a good way.For that confident i can see myself as a successful leader.
iii. My last reason is be a leader because i have good realtion with too many people and ex leaders who will help me out with in my term to run it as a best term of National Guard in the history.I want to make this term one of the best and active term of NG with my people.Also i want to give people fare chance without any favouritism and make them grow.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. In my term ill maintain a good realation with all other state organization and do some roleplay events with them together too make
more fun in organiztions.Also it will keep a balanced realtion between the state so it will easiy to work in any mission and co-operate each other.
2. Ill not tolerate any types of favouristism in my organization.Ill provide ranks according to the experience and activity of the units.Ill not
let any people get rank who is not deverve that position and ill conduct interview for HC position.
3. Ill improve my Public Relation team in my term.Also i have 25 set ideas of PR events for my term which we will done withing the term
with my PR team.
