2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. First of all its a honour to be leading the greatest and most powerful organization in the city, the Federal Investigation Bereau. With the right people in control this is the strongest law enforcement organization in this city. After getting exprience serving as Deputy Chief of Police and taking a temp term of FIB i feel ready to take on the leadership role, With the knowledge and exprience i've gained over years id like to have the honour to take the leadership role of the Federal Investigation Bereau and make it a successful term . Max activity in city everyday to ensure safety in city of our citizens and to maintain the gangs , max numbers at events and making sure the Federal Investigation Bereau is feared and respected by all criminal families and gangs.
2. Secondly during my time as Deputy Chief of Police under Jemmzy i took new leadership skills and helped run a good and successfull LSPD term. This time me as the Director of Federal Investigation Bereau i am going to make its a unforgetable term with a amazing exprienced team. With my exprience in EN1 and Currently in EN3 in law enforcement i feel ready to do exactly what it takes to make a org such as FIB successful. With the right leadership in charge theres no doubt that FIB will be respected and feared once again in city of Los Santos. And its my goal as leader of the Federal Investigation Bereau once again to take to this organization to the next level with exprienced and qualified agents to make it a professional and good term.
3. Thridly my passion for law enforcement. My passion is driven by excellence, hard work and professionalism. This would be my number 1 thing what im going to implement into FIB. My number 1 goal is to make sure all agents know thats a honour to be in such respected , feared and iconic organization. Secondly Passion , There needs to be passion in what you do in order to do it correct and perfect. With that being said im going to make sure every agent in FIB works with passion and will get rewarded for that. With that will come high activity from every agenet in FIB and that will drive FIB to make sure they are feared by all criminal organizations in this city.
4. And lastly a strong Spec Ops and CID team. These two are critical within the Federal Investigation Bereau. FIB is the frontline of all Law Enforcement. I will make sure that FIB will lead all events correctly and professionally approached with a very exprienced Spec Ops team. Then lastly CID , My undercover division will be only qualified and exprienced units that knows who to correctly be undercover and collect proper evidences for casefiles so that we can cease all illegal weapons from black market and the gangs in our city.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. To implement for rp sitautions , such as always patrolling city and highway if neccesarry, arresting all criminals , and chasing all wanted vehicles and criminals in city with proper RP approach
2. Most important is having a good relationship with other organizations in the city. Interacting with other organizations daily to maintain a good relationship with other Law Enforcemant organizations in the city.
3. To make sure every time a unit goes patrolling and undercover they know how to keep themselves professional by not mixing on the radio and in situations and knows how to avoid it by keeping things IC and OOC and not to mix it.
4. Lastly to improve the response time of FIB . Whether it be responding to events , atm robberies , wanted vehicles and criminals and departments or globals by other organzations. I am going select a exprienced and knowledged High Command team to make sure theres a high command in city to take control of situations and to make sure while im not in city that the agents knows what to do and who to follow.
My goals:
Max agents as possible at every event.
Professionalism and Respect will im implemented.
Max activity with gathering evidences , chasing wanted criminals and vehicles
Make sure all the agents within the organization is well interviewed and fitted to hold a postion in the Federal Investigation Bereau.
