2.1 Capability & Confidence in Leadership:
i want to become leader because i believe i am Capable enough to handle and lead the San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP). i have developed strong decision-making skills, calm judgment under pressure, and the ability to coordinate with all the officers and high risk situation such as hot pursuit, Hostage situation, store robbery much more.
2.2 Dedication to Professionalism: what i believe is SAHP represent discipline, structure, high standards in LEO Roleplay. i want to lead this organization and ensure that the professionalism is maintained all the times. from radio communication to pursuit and procedures. My goal is to create a respected and well organized organization.
2.3 Improving Teamwork & Development
I want to help officers grow. As a leader, I will focus on mentoring the new members. organizing training session and building a store teamwork with all the state organization for better roleplay.
in addition i will focus on increasing cooperation with the state organizations to improve coordination in Store robberies, hostage situatuion and during section operations.

3.1 Organizing regular training sessions.
3.2 Make sure officers follow laws and procedures.
3.3 Create more patrol events and highway operations.
3.4 Maintaining a clear chain of command and discipline.
3.5 Encouraging More People to Join State Organizations.
3.6 Give promotions based on activity and good performance.
3.7 Use proper and clear radio communication.
3.8 Make sure officers stay active and serious on duty.
3.9 Keep discipline and respect between all members.
