As first as i joined this city i was a cop and i thought that the gangs dont do much of activity that they should do so at that moment i decided to go to gangs to try to do more gang activity at that time i was a low rank so i couldn't do any activity so i started to understand how gangs work and i started climbing up rank by rank to get more and more knowleg untill i got rank under deputy at that time i started handiling events like store rob, hostege , and others . And i stayed as an under deputy in every gang until i got my opportunity to be a deputy in bloods and at that time i knew how we req fz and turf and all of that and i really want to be the leader of the families to make the city have more and more gang actvity
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
i) No favoritism. that means no promotion beacause this guy is ur friend or what so ever , promotion will be based on activity in events .
ii) i will teach every guy who is new to city the rules and every thing
iii) toxicity is FORBIDDEN . Because it creats problemes that lead for an ooc punishment . And who ever show toxicity in my term will be fired instantly
4. my goals i need to achive during leadership
i) Get 100% turf control during the term
ii) Attend every single event during the term
iii) Make my term enjoyable for every member
iv) provide bonuses to the people who deserve
vi) To not brake any rule and make my term clear from mistakes
vii) To achive 100% control on graffiti
