Rejected 503455 | GR 6.15

Good afternoon,
I was just sitting at my fam house in a LI car, when 503455 hopped out of his car and killed me without reason.
Timestamp in my attached video for the rule break is: 00:58

When i looked up his ID on the forums i found a lot of RDM and similair reports.
I believe this person is using a twink (503455) to get away with rulebreaks like this, without getting his main in trouble.

Please investigate this so this person can get stopped in his major rulebreaking spree.
