Dear Lebron, first of all i hope your having a good day,
I will today ask you a question about Leader interviews. I was on RS 5 times leader and i lost my let we call it that "advantage" when i took my EMS mandate. Advantage means if you have it, then you can take leadership with the tolerance of 1 mistake. For example if you have 0 mistatkes but you were leader. Leadership will go to the guy with 1 mistake if he wasnt the leader. For me personaly i think that this rule is kind of stupid because lets take up an example. You recently reopened a FIB application and by chance he was approved over na old FIB leader because of the "advantage". Here is the app im talking about: Approved - Lider za FIB | Mile Bucojevic . He got disbanded for G.R. 5.3 Insulting admins after just a few days. Here is my point that maybe old leaders are better than new unexperienced ones. When you want to become leader you need to have experience, so when you go to interview if you know you will have 0 mistakes and therefore you fit for leader. I understand that everyone needs a chance but in most cases old leaders are better. To me it happend a few times i once complained on it (here: Reviewed - Pogresno Donesena Odluka I Milos Borge) i had 2 mistakes and the guy who got leader had 3. BTW he got disbanded after a week. Date 15.2.26. is the date i had 0 mistakes and new leader had 0.5 and he won. My point is, even if i do the interview perfectly it doesnt depend on me. If this rule cant be fully removen at least "nerf it" so it only applies when we have the same ammount of mistakes.
(shortly: I am asking you to nerf or fully remove the leader advantage rule)
