2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
First of all, even though my experience in the city was short lived I saw and learned many things and got personally involved and I realized that SAHP is not stable at all. What I mean is while 10 people come to one event, no one comes to another meaning there is confusion and a lack of discipline. I want to resolve this under my leadership.
Secondly, There is a lot of prejudice against SAHP. When we say we are going to join SAHP people say things like “Why you gonna join SAHP its bad?” and make disparaging remarks about SAHP. I want to resolve this. I want to treat SAHP like other organizations give it the value it deserves, and make it superior. I believe I can achieve this
Another reason is that there are far too many favorites in SAHP compared to other organizations. This seriously lowers the morale of other people and also seriously lowers the quality of the organization. I want to end this favoritism in SAHP.
My final reason is that I want to gain different experiences because SAHP is almost synonymous with crime, as Highway is one of the dangerous areas under SAHP's responsibility and people avoid coming here because of Highway robberies, etc. I will solve this and while solving it I will gain a lot of different experiences, and not only me, but the people in my organization will also gain the same experiences, and I want to continue this organization with a high RP quality.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
The first thing that caught my attention was that SAHP had a worse bonus system compared to other organizations. While leaders at other organizations supplemented bonuses out of their own pockets, the amount at SAHP was slightly less, which naturally reduced employee motivation. To ensure my employees work with high motivation and enthusiasm, I will supplement the bonuses at SAHP out of my own pocket.
I will carefully select the people I will take in order to avoid breaking the rules, meaning that if someone wants to be in high command, they cannot do so without my approval.
Just as one person should not interfere in another's work, if there is a complaint that one department should not interfere in another department's work, it will come to me or IA, and we will take action accordingly.
If I become the leader, these will be my departments
HR: They will recruit new members for the organization, but they will be selective. They will provide training and will be personally supervised by me. They must always be active. They will be the most important department of my organization.
IA: They will conduct audits to check for any rule violations and take appropriate measures accordingly. They will carry out strict audits and these audits will occur suddenly at uncertain times and they will takes action
UC: Their main task will be to assist the FIB providing them with evidence for Gang Raid and working together. At certain times they will also assist the SWAT team.
SWAT: Thir main task manage specops do specops only people who have passed the tests can be swat they will fight crime the bonuses will be high and they will imporment for SAHP
PR: Thir main task organise events to establish close relations with the public gather public opinions and be closely connected with the public to keep them away from crime. Their goal will be to organise one event per day.
