While we were working at EMS, a new member asked me to help. A girl came to him asking for HC (Head Health Officer). When I went to help her, I told her, "Miss, wait a moment, I've asked for HC on the radio and he'll see your problem." After that, she insulted us using an inappropriate phrase: "NO ONE in EMS have balls."
