However, Pablo, as usual, was indifferent and unresponsive. I no longer expect my ban to be lifted, but Pablo's unhelpful and uninterested responses to my questions are only making me more discouraged.
Why is he so indifferent and doesn't care about the players at all? I ask him questions and he tells me to serve my punishment. My punishmet, and that of other players like me, in contacting him isn't to get everyone's ban lifted for mistakes; sometimes we're just waiting for answers to our questions. But he gives short, unexplained answers, using the same words for everyone. You're the head administrator; instead of being so rude, you need to treat the players on the server better because all the players look up to you as an example.
