In this forum, the player whose car I wanted to steal left the game, violating GR 6.2. I'm waiting for that player to rejoin the game, and if their car comes into my network when they do, I'll search for it on my device. Later, the player rejoins the game, but their car doesn't come into my network. But I notice that this player has called their friend over using metagaming and had their friend do an mk for them.
