I am an LSPD Employee, I was patrolling, then I marked the location of a guy on my PDA who had 5 star wanted level, that guy was very close to me, then I went to him and requested him that Sir please come out of the car, but he ran away from his car, I chased him and blocked his engine, when I went near him and got him out with the help of stun gun, then he took Code A, ID of that guy is 392628
