Rejected Ban for cheats | Alex Odd

I want my ID to be reviewed as I have never cheated and I got banned when I was not even playing the game, never was pc checked or no forums were put on me. I want to know how could I have gotten banned for cheats if I wasnt even playing at the time the game. The ban was issued to be 31.12.2022 at the time was playing only on EN 2 for more than a half a year. I have never cheated, and I left EN 1 after few days I joined it, so how can I get a ban half a year later?
