Hello,

I would like to clarify the situation because I believe the report is based on a misunderstanding.

My friend and I were at the scrap location to collect scrap. While we were there, another player came to the same area. Since we were already there, we told him to leave the area and clearly gave him around 5 seconds to go away.

He ignored our warning and stayed in the area. After he refused to leave, we shot him. From our perspective this was not RDM because we gave a clear demand and time to comply before taking action.

Despite this, he reported us for RDM and UB Demand. However, we did give him a verbal warning and a chance to leave the area before anything happened.

We were simply trying to continue collecting scrap and the situation escalated only because the player ignored the warning.
