Theron Narcos grew up in the poor neighborhood of Germany he barely used to get eat 1 times a day, and whatever he used to eat was rotten thrown up foods from rich people. His family wasnt able to put food on the table, he was growing in such cruelty. Theron learned early how cruel the world could be. School was a luxury he often couldn’t afford, and work came young doing small part time jobs and side hustle wasnt enough for him. Despite all the cruelty he had a sharp mind and a fierce determination not to stay trapped in his circumstances. He watched the world around him, seeing both injustice and opportunity, shaping his street smart instincts. Theron was adapting the law and slowly learning how the law and the rules works around the street before any gang could get hands on him he was already in a state organization.
Career Story:
Theron Narcos was born and grew up in bad circumstances and learned how to cope with the streets of Los Santos. His intuition on the street combined with his necessity to survive led to his enrollment to the LSPD since he believed that the department could help him in achieving a genuine social change. The reason why the police officer was dedicated to his responsibilities was because he had exceptional skills that made him earn respect as a fellow officer. He developed his working routines by adhering to the rules and he applied the same to reach individuals that needed his service as he thought that he could change the system with his own internal efforts.
But the idealism didn’t last. Theron diagnosed all the problems in the organization since he noticed how officers were getting special treatment and political favors given to some of the officers who succeeded in the organization despite violating its rules. It is the personal relations and backdoor deals that were more appreciated by the organization than the commitment and commitment to mission. The company also deferred promotions without raising salaries thus not being able to experience advances. The right way acted as an obstacle to Theron since his efforts to do what is right resulted in his failure.
He eventually changed and become a new man. Corruption became necessitating to him since it helped him to survive. He began to make deals and accept bribes as he exploited his experience to form good conditions. Every infringement that he committed increased the amount of control he had that had the effect of him receiving an authority that was never bestowed upon him by the system. The style started as a small concession but it evolved into his mode of operation until Theron has fully imitated it.
He is now a man who lost his hope in the system, which he believed in, and now is treated with respect and fear by others due to his cunning and violent wife. His rise to power demonstrates that he requires control and requires of it to survive and he will steal it out of others who refused him entry. His education on the streets taught him about how to survive, and LSPD was the one that taught him how to get what was to be expected of him.
