As a young lad growing up in England, Hexton didn't exactly have it easy. He grew up watching his peers living a life of crime just to scrape by. Hexton learned quickly from what he saw, and by his teenage years he had already picked up a few tips and trick. He knew crime paid as long as you weren't caught, and he understood the kind of life that money could bring if everything was done right.
While many around him fell into addiction and small-time hustles, Hexton used his knowledge to build something far greater. Before long he had begun forming what could only be described as an empire, spreading his influence across England and becoming a name people feared... and he was still only a teenager.
Before his 20th birthday, Hexton had build an organisation that stretched further than he had ever imagined possible. But he knew he could not run something of that size alone. That's when his closest friend and brother Kaisa, stepped into the picture.
A year later Hexton found himself on England's most wanted list. Knowing he had to lie low, he relied heavily on Kaisa to keep things running while the heat died down. But the pressure never truly fade. After another year of paranoia and constant attention from authorities, Hexton and Kaisa decided along with a handful of loyal members that it was time to leave whilst they were still ahead and free. Gathering the wealth they had built, Hexton arranged passage on a boat to Los Santos. The promise was simple. No extradition a fresh start and the chance to build everything again from the ground up.
This time, however, things would be different. Hexton, Kaisa and their loyal members planned to take the city of Los Santos by storm. Loud, fearless and without hesitation, they would build their power again this time and create a legacy ruling the underground was not enough, but leaving their mark across the entire city... No one would forget their name.
For a time, the family grew stronger than ever before. But life eventually pulled Hexton away from the city with the birth of his child, he made the decision to step away for a few years to focus on being the father he never had growing up. During this time leadership of the familyfell fully into the hands of his older brother, Kaisa Merks. Kaisa took control of the organisation, guiding the family through uncertain times and ensuring the Merks name continued to hold weight throughout Los Santos.
While both brothers spent periods away from the city, one man ensured the family never fell apart. Long time loyal and ruthless Ricko Merks held things together when times were uncertain, protecting the family's reputation and keeping the organisation alive within the city. His loyalty and dedication did not go unnoticed.
Now, with Hexton returning to Los Santos, a new structure has been formed within the Merks family. Kaisa Merks now stands as leader of the organisation, having proven himself by carrying the family its most prosperous yet difficuly year. Hexton Merks now serves as the co-leader, standing beside his brother as they once again work together to expand their influence across the city.
In recognition of his unwavering loyalty, Ricko Merks has been promoted to second in command under both leaders. The Merks family stands stronger than ever before built on loyalty, respect, and the unbreakable bond of brotherhood. As Los Santos continues to grow and change, one thing remains certain, the Merks name will continue to carry power throughout the city.
