I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding my account, which appears to have been compromised From inside the server
When I attempted to log in today, I discovered that my account had been accessed without my permission. A family member who was online at the time witnessed another individual using my account. This unauthorized user transferred all of my in-game funds to a different account. Shortly afterward, the individual logged out.
As a result of this incident, my account has now been blacklisted, even though I was not logged in at the time the suspicious activity occurred. It appears that someone intentionally targeted my account.
I have evidence from my family member confirming that my account was hacked and misused. I am fully willing to provide any proof or additional information required to support the investigation.
Although I am still able to log in, the account remains blocked. I kindly request that you investigate this matter
Note: My account is linked to my personal phone and protected with two-factor authentication. Access to the account is only possible through the verification code that I receive on my mobile phone. My device has never been hacked before.
However, this person managed to gain unauthorized access from the server side to my account and withdrew all of my funds, including the family account funds, amounting to approximately one billion.
I kindly request that a detailed investigation be conducted into this matter and that all the stolen funds be returned.
My computer is completely clean and free of any viruses, and it has not been compromised in any way. I am also ready to have my computer checked or scanned if necessary
