The review of this forum and punishment given is not correct, based on the video provided the actual rule breaks were committed on the law enforcement side, specifically ID 302390 not the Families organization.

- Hes not fearing for his life, while being surrounded/aimed down upon SEVEN CRIMINALS.
- He powergamed the situation by forcing his way up the ladder despite knowing gang members were positioned above him.
- The shots/shooting had nothing to do with protecting the hostage’s life, as the situation and shots occurred far from where the hostage was actually located.
- Law enforcements responsibility in these situations is to prioritize the hostage safety, not us.

Devil Broddy committed Mass Fear RP (outnumbered 7:3), Fail RP (not valuing life), and Powergaming by forcing himself up the ladder, which is the very definition of powergaming. We are always in RP, and this action made zero realistic sense and ruined the scene, as it seems he was rule baiting. You would never do this in real life, ever.

To explain again briefly,
Firstly your gang (The families) had a hostage with them still and you opened fire on LEOs with a hostage in your hands which falls under FailRP. Secondly, if LEOs want to push the roof you can demand them not to push sure but its 1 demand per hostage as you cant demand 2 things for a single hostage. Example: Free passage and Money for 1 hostage. Finally, At the end of the POV it is visible and clear that 302390 had around 7 LEOs there waiting to climb and it was not only 3.
