2. Why do you wants to be a leader of this specific organization
2.1 I have been actively involved in gangs I have gained lot of experience in gang, participating in many gang activities in starting I joined families to understand how gang actually works in rules, and events like gun store robbery, store robbery like overall structure. this system made me more intrested in learning like how to lead and manage the events. than i spent more time with gangs and doing gang activites attend the events which were very realstic and exciting.
Initially i focused on observing and learning from my highcommands and deputies by observing and assisting them i understood how gang events and activites are properly organized and led.
2.2 If i get this term i promise i maintain strong descipline within the gangs. my goals to create an enviroment where even the players who joining the gang for the first time they can also learn about the game even the gang rules an all.
I also want to guied new members so they understand how the gang events actually works. my aim is not only orgnize gang activitesbut also share knowledge and experience with members so they can understand how gang functions and these activities can make the game more enjoyable and engaging for everyone.
2.3 If I get this term i am very confident my gang will be highly active i will focus on recruiting so many dedicated and experienced members i will make sure that events and activities continue without any interruption my gang is the sonsistently involved in events i also build a strong reputation. my gang is not only stay active in city and getto areas but also in the highway too.i am so confident my gang maintain strong presence and remain active all time.
i had previously applied for gang leadership term and i was selected as well however due to some real life circumtances i had to disband the gang at that time but now i have enough time to stay active and manage responsibilities properly. because of my previous experience and availablity i belive i have the ability and commitment to successfully lead and manage the gang again.
3. Your advices for improving roleplay in organization
I recruit max to max members host max to max events everyhour max spry profite i invite trusted deputies deputies and hiighcommandsif anyone breaking te rule will be get the strike and blacklisted to the gang. their will be no curruption or favritism.every member will be treated fairly and given opportunities based on their activiy dedication and performance in the gang.
