Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.
ID 235571 will receive punishment for VDM + Mixing + FL in RP + GR 3.2
ID 104285 will receive punishment for VDM + Provoking + FL in RP
ID 153490 will receive punishment for VDM
ID 173877 will receive punishment for RDM

FYI: NG base is not a 'Kill on sight' zone, nor a 'Red zone'. The state employees can ask you to leave the base as per their jurisdiction. If you are not a member of NG you still need to give your opponent 5 seconds demands and then do your RP within the base.​
