Reason #1 – Experience & Knowledge
I have solid experience in both sides of rp fraction legal and illegal specially as previous leader there are no people stronger than people with knowledge like mine. My strong knowledge of rules and skills like quick learning active etc make me capable of becoming a leader again.

Reason #2 – I have work unfinished
As my previous term was disbanded in last 3 days when we had around 27 territory of the ghetto and there is lot of other work to be done like i cant be sitting with an unsuccessful term thats why i am applying again with a clearer vision then before sure of myself. my previous term was disbanded due to my mistake of blind trust in making deputies who were not fill for the ranks now with a team and group of friends in the city im sure this term will be even more active and better then before.

The previous term of Bloods was not active and i want to change that and i can do it because i have contacts with best shooter, top most family and most knowledgeable deputies now this term will be very active not like other people just hitting the margins of weekly goals. a).I have been part of most of the legal and illegal organization from the trainee rank to ACP and AG same for gang also I learned everything from the HC of the organization some time my mistakes teach me a lot.

b). And I had seen in most of the gangs there are 30 peoples but still they lose that's not because most of the people are not good at shooting or else it's totally depends on the strategy and coordination if have the leadership i will not depend on the number we will be performing every event with strategy and coordination.
c). I mostly seen in many gangs that they actually didn't know the general rules they are shooting inside there hq without demand do vdm ,cr and many kind rule break which actually effect the roleplay to avoid these things me and my deputies will make sure that everybody knows basic server rules there interview will be taken and there wrong answer will be correct by explaining.

1.I'll make sure that there should be no toxicity no racism in the organization.

1: To be very honest the only gang I would love to be leader of would be bloods and as a Rank 26 LEO in pretty much every ORG it’s starting to become repetitive and I really do love the gang side so why not and that is what’s ultimately led me to apply for this Leadership .

1: I have experience on the both side as i reached 28th rank in LEO's and I also served as Lt.General but gang life always felt like home to me and blood is the only org i truly want to lead .

2: I served as Deputy of both bloods and Vagos so i already understand how leadership works from the inside and i know exactly what to do and what to avoid . Due to this i have more IC Knowledge as i was being part of so many situations .

3: My only goal is to make blood active and fun for every member. I am here to actually build something worth being part of it . As leader not matter which rank they are there will be always respect to each other in my term .

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

Point 1 : I will make sure there is zero toxicity and zero favoritism in my term and every member will be treated equally based on there efforts not friendship.

Point 2 : Daily Activities will be there as Store Robbery, FZ raid , Max Graffiti and Ghetto Clapping and also Hostage situation so members always have something to do .

Point 3 : I will select deputy of Different Time zone so the org stays active at all hours and never look like dead . That will also help different time zone player to do something .

Point 4 : I will not chase turf or make fake promises because there are so many problem for doing turf. My Focus will purely be on quality RP and keeping the organization genuinely enjoyable for everyone .

- I want to become the leader of Bloods as i have gained some good memories and knowledge over the gang side. My experience and playing style wants me to choose bloods due to its ideal location in the Getto region. In my opinion an ideal location and a vibrant gang colour sets out an first impression of fear. I have experienced many gangs but out of those one of my firsts were the Bloods, this makes me even more eager to take the leader ship of this specific Org.

- As i have gained a good amount of experience , i know the common mistakes done by gang leader in their terms. This set me out bright from others to become a gang leader due to my sharp and accurate observing skills. I have seen many terms go by but if i got the leader ship ill fully try to make Bloods active.

- One of the other reason for me to become the leader of Bloods is that over the past times i have made many new friend ships and now people are knowing me from my name. This makes me one step ahead then other for becoming a good leader. With leader ship their come qualities which i think i have that can make a gang fully active and the most dominated gang in the red zone.
