Under Samet's leadership, Kanonse took control of everything in Paleto Bay. From legal businesses to underground deals, they seized it all. The organization became a sanctuary for the weak, offering protection and shelter. Samet defeated the most powerful and influential figures in the city, and he became not only the ruler of the streets but also a symbol between the criminal world and the legal world a feared and respected figure.
