The organization that is conducting the event: Emergency Medical Services
The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event: We have a Highly skilled Medical Professional flying into Los Santos from another country (Sandy Shores). This Doctor is a very important addition to the Los Santos and Sandy Shores Medical Services. The catch is this doctor is very highly disliked in his last city, So there is a secret contract to Take hostage this Doctor before he reaches the Pillbox Medical Centre and take him to the Trailer park in Sandy Shores for a hefty lump of money from a Gang.
LEO ROLE. It will be the LEO role to protect the doctor While flying into the city and his travel to the Pillbox Medical Centre to make sure that he can sign the contract at the hospital . The Doctor will start from Sandy Shores Air Field where the Doctor will Depart on a plane 2 LEOs will travel with the Doctor on a plane. All other LEO'S will be waiting for the plane to arrive from Sandy Shores Air field at Los Santos International Airport. Once the Doctor reaches the Hanger in LSIA the LEOS will have to plan cautiously how to escort the Doctor to the hospital the safest way ( They Must Drive through Ghetto ) without getting the Doctor killed it will all be about strategy , It will be about team work and planning in advance. If the LEOs Reach the hospital with the Doctor they must Protect the hospital from the ouside for 3 minutes after the arrival while the Doctor signs the contract and once this is done the LEOS will win the Event, If the Doctor is Captured by the gangs at any point it will be the LEOS job to track them down and bring them to a stop. The LEOS will not win the event until they have arrived at Pillbox Medical Centre and Protected the Doctor for 3 minutes. LEO can also plan to use a Decoy Car To make the Gangs Pursuit that car rather than the Actual car carrying the Doctor.
GANG ROLE It will be the gangs role to take the doctor hostage and deliver him to the Trailer Park in Sandy Shores. The Gangs will start from they're own HQ's Where they will have some time to put together a plan on how they are going to successfully capture the Doctor. Once the Doctor reaches Los Santos International Airport the Gangs will leave HQ and make they're way Towards the Doctor and try to locate him. Once Located The Gangs will Have to stop the car and get the Doctor out ALIVE so they can take him as a hostage. Once the Gangs have the Doctor as Hostage it will be they're Job To avoid LEOs trying to stop them from getting to the Trailer Park. The gangs will try to avoid the LEOS by driving through Vinewood hills. If the gangs successfully manage to take the Doctor hostage and then Deliver him to The trailer park they will win the event. The event will end as soon as the Gangs reach the Trailer Park with the Doctor Alive.
Why this event: This event is important because we will get to learn how LEOS plan and execute there protection missions also this will be very important for the Emergency Medical Services because they have a New very experienced Doctor coming to the city and this will benefit the people of the city the hospital and the care given to LEOS. Also we rely on the level of care in the city being at maximum and this is a perfect way to display how other org can work as a team and execute a special mission.
Role of Each Organization Involved: LEOS: Leo's will have the role of protecting the doctor making sure that he arrives at the hospital safely without getting taken hostage and must Successfully deliver the Doctor to Pillbox Hospital Where they will Defend for 3 minutes while the Doctor signs the contract. 2 Leo's Will start with the doctor In Sandy Shores Airfield where they will ride on a plane with the Doctor to the city where there Colleagues and other Leo's will be waiting for his arrival After they arrive they will have to plan and send the Doctor in a convoy to Pillbox Medical Centre. After they arrive at the Pillbox Medical Centre they will have to protect from the outside for 3 minutes while the Doctor signs the documents.
Gangs: Gangs will have to Locate and Capture the Doctor and Kill any Leo's that are protecting him then they will take the Doctor hostage where they have to deliver him to the Trailer Park In Sandy Shores. The Gangs will Start in They're own HQ's where they will wait for the Doctor to leave LSIA. Once the Convoy has left the LSIA it will be the Gangs job to find the Convoy and try to take the Doctor Hostage they will have to Kill any Leo's and successfully capture the doctor before taking chase to the Trailer Park where the event will be Won when the Doctor is Taken to the Trailer Park.
Other organizations involved: LEO'S: FIB/LSPD/SAHP GANGS: BALLAS/FAMILLIES/VAGOS + Life Invader
Vehicles/weapons needed: AR Carbine / Pegassi Urus / Obey RS-AGT Touring / Oppressor MRK 2
Admin Requirements: Teleport LEO'S/GANGS to the event, Spawn cars for LEO'S/GANGS , Provide Guns to Leo's + Gangs , Provide Oppressors to people filming

How is the event won? 1.The event is either won when the Leo's successfully deliver the Doctor to PH and he signs the contract while Leo's Protect him for 3 minutes then they will get they're prize for completing the event.
2. When the Gangs successfully Manage to stop the Leo's and capture the doctor to which they will take hostage and then have to deliver to the Trailer park where they will receive there prize for completing the event. Prize for the winner:$500,000
