Hello,
I apologize if this message seems repetitive. I am not trying to spam the forum.
I opened an appeal recently but I have an urgent situation. I currently have very valuable items stored in my warehouse, and they will disappear very soon because I cannot log into the server due to the blacklist.
I would like to appeal my blacklist on EN3.
At the time I was a family leader and some players joined our family from the hotel. I later learned that some of them were cheaters or ban evaders. However, I was not aware of this when they joined or when I interacted with them.
Yes, I spoke with them on Discord because they were members of my family, but I never supported cheating or ban evading in any way.
If I had known they were breaking server rules, I would have immediately removed them and reported them.
I truly enjoy playing on the server and I respect the rules. If my actions created the impression that I was helping cheaters, I sincerely apologize. That was never my intention.
I would really appreciate another chance to prove that I can follow all rules and keep the community fair.
