I am submitting this complaint regarding the punishment I received (GZ 1.1) in the previous report. While I accept my punishment, the admin Charan Chowdary overlooked a clear violation by the reporting player. In the provided video at timestamp 0:32, the player is clearly heard talking while he was unconscious (downed), which is a direct violation of the Fail RP rule. The admin ignored this part of the evidence and only punished me. I request a fair re-review and for the player to be punished for his violation as well
