Family History-
Shera Blackia and Chief Normen were best friends at Los Santos College. Later, they both worked night shifts at a Burger Shot restaurant. One night, robbers attacked the restaurant, and their friend was injured. Instead of running away, Shera and Normen fought the robbers and protected their friend.
The State honored the act of bravery by awarding the duo an honor for State Protection. However, the Governor's reward was not in the award but in plain sight. The Governor received the power to 'handle' the Black Market underworld in the city. The Governor believed that only those who were willing to bleed for the city could truly understand the darkest side of the city. They got this chance and began to build their own network.
Normen was the visual of the duo, and they made their name famous all over the city collectively. Shera, on the other hand, liked to remain anonymous and utilized his knowledge of weapons and chemicals to build his network. Soon, they established a strong network named The Syndics.
Shera and Normen slowly began to take control of the dark world of crime.
