- I would like to file an official complaint against this officer. While on duty, the officer was speaking Turkish instead of English and failed to properly perform basic duties. He did not repair his vehicle, did not read the Miranda Rights, and clearly demonstrated that he does not speak or understand English. When I pointed this out, he simply acknowledged it without taking any corrective action. Despite being a SWAT trainee, he was wearing a balaclava without any valid reason or active event. He refused to call a lawyer even after I repeatedly requested one. If the lawyer had not followed us, I strongly believe he would not have taken me to one at all. He showed a complete lack of knowledge of OCC rules and general procedures. He attempted to process me without giving me a jumpsuit and placed me in a cell improperly. His voice quality was extremely poor, sounding robotic and unclear, which made communication even more difficult. Furthermore, he attempted to send me to prison without properly explaining my charges. He could not even correctly state my alleged crime. Only after I called an admin did he change his behavior; upon seeing the admin, he appeared intimidated and suddenly took me to a lawyer. He conducted searches and actions without any valid justification, without a bodycam, and without following proper protocol. When I mentioned bodycam procedures, he did not even understand what a bodycam is. He also refused to show his ID when requested. His actions include clear Fail RP, Powergaming, and potential corruption. He ignored my request to call High Command and failed to follow any standard procedures expected from his position. Overall, this officer demonstrated a complete lack of rule knowledge, professionalism, and basic competency required for duty. I request that a formal investigation be opened.
