Dear admin idk why am getting banned for GR 1.4 i have only main and twing account
main ID : 517315
Twink ID : 534245
and i never cheated or used any programm i will never risk for something like this bcz i bought a lot of GCs to build my family i was close to appeal my family for unoff i worked hard almost everyday playing more than 10 hours i can provide videos of last events and am ready for any pc check i read all of the rules before doing anything i played only in EN1 and never in EN3

can you please tell me where is the issue because i dont understand what happend
