2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1/4 : I have multiple experiences in both state and gang including deputy experiences per each as well, and i feel like im now ready to take a leadership after that many experience, im pretty sure i will try my best and make a good term with a good team.We will attend all events.
2/4 : I will have good numbers at events, both OOC and IC, there will be strict action taken on members who doesnt attend events when we call them to attend like a verbal or demotion, further non compliance will result in possible blacklist and termination.
3/4 : I will capture as many ghetto terrority as i can, will create a good turf team and conquer ghetto. Everyone is going to know our name and show respect, even LEOs.
4/4 Most of the leaders cannot complete their term and fail at the end because of people who has lack of knowledge, so i will create a good HC team to make sure everyone has basic knowledge.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organisation?
I wont let every HC to hire into organization, particular members will hire WITH a interview process so we wont have issues during RP scenarios or OOC events.
I will try to give out bonuses as soon as i can to all gang members.
Rank chasing will be unaccaptable during my term and i will check every single person detaily.
I will plan IC events with state leaders (Bomb plantation, attack to a specific place etc.)
There will be no toxicity during RP, especially to organization members.
I will check the activity of every member daily.
Im planning to create a training team that will train new members before they do illegal activities.
my goals -
Finishing the term with no warnings or verbals.
Perfect Turf Team.
Hiring people at least with basic knowledge.
Max members at events.
Getting terrorist org status.
Having a peaceful term.
