1) I want become leader of Ballas because of my experience.I gained pretty much experience in almost every crime organization.
Also i was deputy in vagos and leaded the organization during that time i learned how to manage people,solve problems and make decisions
properly.By using my experience i want to run a sucessful term.
2) My second reason i want to become leader of Ballas because I really love this organization and everything about it.Ballas has a strong identity and its one
of the powerfull organization in the city.I always liked to be a member of ballas.But now i want to lead the organization and show that how powerful ballas is.
3) As a leader i want to make a strong community in organization where everybody will stay like a family without any toxicity and fight.I will try to make a active
gang in the whole city and dominate the ghetto.I will teach people if they dont know rules.Ill behave politely with all member of my gang.Ill Make sure all deserving people
getting the ranks.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Ill recruite people in the organization who have previous experiene and ill make a speacial rank for them.Ill make sure that everyone is following rules not breaking any rules.Ill focus on doing events more than the requirement like stores,FZ and others events.Ill make High command without favouritism by taking interview of them
each of them so make sure the deserving people are getting the position.Ill solve all internal conflicts without creating big issues and take opinion from everyone before taking a fair and good enough decision.
