Rejected Ban for GR 1.1 wipe | James Corn

Hello, I wouldn't be writing to you if it wasn't an emergency, but it is urgent. I got banned from Group 1.1, and I never violated this rule. Now I've forgotten my Rockstar credentials and I can't log in. What should I do? I swear I didn't do anything like that I just changed my computer, that might be the reason, and I also lost my old Rockstar account. You can get it checked out on PC if you want.
