2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1/4 : I have multiple experiences in both state and gang I was the deputy of Families And Bloods , Under Deputy of all gangs so I have a great responsibilities to take the leadership of families.
2/4 : I will have good numbers at events, both OOC and IC, there will be strict action taken on members who doesnt attend events will recieve strike / verbals / demotion.
3/4 : I will capture as many ghetto territories as I can. I will build a strong turf team and conquer the ghetto. Everyone will know our name and show us respect, even the LEOs
4/4 : I wont abuse my power as an ideal leader of the org.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organisation?
i ) I will try to give bonuses to gang members when possible.
ii ) Rank chasing will not be allowed. I will check every member carefully.
iii ) I will plan IC events with state leaders (bomb planting, attacks on places, etc.).
iv ) Toxic behavior in RP will not be allowed, especially inside the organization.
v) will check member activity every day.
vi ) will make a training team to train new members before they do illegal activities.
vii ) Only selected HC can hire members. Every new member must pass an interview so we avoid problems in RP and OOC
my goals -
Finish the term with no warnings or verbals.
Build a strong and perfect turf team.
Hire people who have at least basic knowledge.
Have maximum members at events.
Get terrorist organization status.
Have a peaceful and successful term.
