Hello Admin, I am filing this report specifically for a violation of General Rule 6.13 (Mercy Killing).
As seen in the provided POV, I was knocked down and unconscious on the ground. Instead of leaving me to wait for medical help or continuing the RP, the player with ID [220392] deliberately shot me again to finish me off and send me directly to the hospital.
According to Rule 6.13, it is restricted to kill a person who is unconscious to help them avoid a roleplay situation (mercy killing). This action disrupted the RP flow and sent me to the hospital prematurely.
Please review the footage and take the necessary disciplinary action (Warning/Jail) against the player for this violation. Thank you.
