Story
Pan was born in Ireland in 2002, raised in the streets where sirens were lullabies and gunshots were normal. The Heritage name already carried weight not for money, but for respect, fear, and survival. From a young age, Pan learned that loyalty was everything, weakness got you killed, and one rule ruled them all: “You don’t carry the Heritage name you earn it.”
By thirteen, Pan was already running corners, moving product, and surviving rival gangs. One night, a drive-by hit tore through his block bullets smashed windows, bodies fell, and Pan was pinned under debris as flames spread. Everyone thought he was dead. He crawled out hours later, burned, bleeding, and still alive. That night, he swore no one would ever take him out again.
Enemies kept coming. Rival Irish gangs put a bounty on him. Family was hunted. Pan had to disappear. He fled to Los Santos with nothing no money, no crew, no protection but he brought the streets with him. He went back to what he knew: slinging product, building connections, and slowly bringing the Heritage name back to life.
He lived by one rule, inspired by his late father: “Look where they are, look how they move, and see if they survive, this is Heritage.” It wasn’t a saying. It was survival, power, and legacy.
Now, the Heritage name rises in Los Santos again. Not as memory… but as warning. Pan survived bullets, betrayal, and fire. For him, this isn’t just life, it’s Heritage.

Leader of Heritage always makes the final decision.
9- El Patron
The right hand man of the operation , this person is a very close hard working person who is close to the leader and keeps everything running while he isn’t here. He makes huge decisions , has strong leadership and have a general overview of everything going on, most loyal and hardworking people hold this rank.
8- El Chapo
A deputy in this operation does all the daily needs to keep the family running, ensures that word of the leader reaches the members below, very key in linking with other high commands and ensuring communication is clear. Answers to his higher ups with urgent info when necessary.
7- Boss
Boss role is simple keeps things running smooth ensuring Events are full, ammo car is organised and working within the families’ businesses. Implies the rules and work to the people below him.
6- Underboss
The underboss is the apprentice of the Boss, following closely in his footsteps he learns how to manage the family’s inventory, learning about all the business and how it works to further improve his skills. Still has authority of the ranks below him and must be followed.
5- Locked
The most trusted shooters in the family who posses a high level of skill and intelligence. Generally, the most active event attenders and learning in the footsteps of how to become a leader.
4- Criminal
Criminal is a mid – tier clapper , although he has a good understanding of the city and how things run he has a lot to learn to become the experienced hitman, but when called upon he will do his job and won’t let you down.
3- Redrum
The Redrum is a cold blooded killer with good instinct , they will take a bullet for anyone.
2- Hustler
Although quite low in the hierarchy he holds more trust than heritage, usually by gaining some trust with a higher up a member will become a hustler in no time and begin to work hard to start climbing.

Finally we have heritage, they look to adopt traditions and rules from the people above to become acceptable, should learn rules and accept his role.
