On consideration VDM | 239986

I was roaming around the city on foot and the mentioned player 239986 suddenly did VDM on me without any roleplay or interaction. After hitting me once, the player continued to ram me repeatedly while I was still walking and not involved in any situation.

Please Review the POV and take appropriate action according to server rules.
